LUNCHEONETTE AMERICAN SHORT ORDER. The Luncheonette Burger is quick in prep time yet big in taste. With everywhere else’s burger game leaning on maximalist with a premium on oversize and the number of assorted add-ons thrown in, we loved how this one is a just a straightforward and honest burger. A lot of respect is given to the, well, meat of the dish with a brisket, belly and chuck combination seasoned only with salt and pepper so that the beef’s own flavor shines through. Options for doneness take it further from your usual slap griddle operations. American cheese and “their” house sauce complete this palate pleaser.
