This “one-stop educational Pinoy Pride coffee shop” takes on “sibet” coffee with its offerings of the “rich and rarest variety of all Kapeng Barako” — locally and organically sourced civet coffee. The coffees are low on acidity with the pleasant bitters of the roast coming on the tongue clear. Quite smooth on the tongue, it also registers the weight of the dark local roasts. This one also included takes on more popular cold preparations on their menu but currently enjoys the relative reservation for connoisseurs and aficionados.
