Best Dessert Place 2017: 10 D.C.
The old Cebuano secret, 10 Dove Street, has long moved out of its former gated community enclave into commercial locations. It has spun off into a dedicated confectionery, 10 D.C., with a few branches across the city. The elegant tearoom-style interiors in white and muted pastels set the stage for what seems to be a growing selection of cakes that still includes their ultimate classic, Chocolate Decadence. The shop also offers a good selection of hot, cold and specialty beverages and other pastries to pair those with. Themed and seasonal items add to what already seems to be an endless lineup of choices making it the ultimate dessert spot for this year.
