Best Premium Bento 2017: Bento at Banri Noodle House (Crossroads)
Makunouchi as in Banri’s signature bento means “between acts” as these meals were originally meant to be eaten during noh and kabuki intermissions. Both quality and quantity of the items in this set make for more than just a heavy snack and is quite the substantial meal. Mixed sashimi, mixed tempura, grilled fish, sliced egg cake, rice and miso soup in a premium bento for a little over P500? Now that’s a steal.
