IT IS that time of the year once again. And no, I don’t mean the holidays. It is time once again for our Sun.Star team to stick its neck out and declare what is the best Cebu has to offer for the year 2014. The best food, services, destinations, and other world-class features of Cebu are showcased in this very special 2nd annual Best of Cebu issue of Sun.Star Weekend.

We have chosen 101 winners in 8 different categories. To our winners, we doff our hats and offer our congratulations. Great job.

To those who did not make this list, there is something to aspire for next year or the years to come. To our reading public, tourists, friends and visitors, here is something to help guide you in finding the best Cebu has to offer. We would like you to try these establishments and visit these locations. We encourage you to give us your feedback, both positive and otherwise, about our picks.
