MARRIOT HOTEL’S RED COAT DIRECT. Red Coat Direct is the web application of Cebu City Marriott Hotel that allows meeting planners to request, respond and connect in real time with its event coordinators.
Three days before a booked event begins, the hotel sends a link to the event planners where they can edit their meeting requests and preferences before the event or while on site.
At a quick swipe and click through the web app, planners could send messages to the hotel’s event department prior to their arrival, change room requirements or check-in packages.
Red Coat Direct is available for all web-enabled services and available in 20 languages.
