Titay’s – Best Rosquillos


In 1907, Mama Titay took flour, eggs, shortening, sugar and baking powder and built an empire with the original rosquillos. The same Frasco well-guarded family recipe is still used today to make these slightly sweet, ring-shaped biscuits with distinctive scalloped edges and what is best described as a soft crunch. Credited for putting rosquillos on the local delicacies map, Titay’s Rosquillos is proof that the old ways may still very well be the best.
